Champions League: First all-clear for PSG star Dembélé
Goalscorer Ousmane Dembélé is apparently not expecting an injury layoff after his early exit in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Arsenal. "It's okay," French media quoted the former Bundesliga pro, who boosted Paris Saint-Germain's hopes of reaching the final with his 1-0 goal in London. "I felt something, but it's OK."
Dembélé had already scored the goal in the fourth minute. However, he had to be substituted in the 70th minute, reportedly due to thigh muscle discomfort. Accompanied by his staff, the 27-year-old went straight to the locker room. "It's nothing serious," said coach Luis Enrique, adding that there was some uncertainty regarding the return leg next week in Paris. A medical report was not yet available.
