Coming from Kontora: New shareholder and member of the management team at Tertium Family Office

Schiefelbein brings almost two decades of industry experience, particularly in family offices. Her career includes positions at Warburg and Marcard Stein. From 2019, the banker, business economist, and certified financial planner worked at Kontora Family Office, where she has been Director of Strategic Family Office since 2023.

Complex assets plus cross-generational advice

Their strength lies in supporting client families with complex international assets, says Tertium founder Volker Pengel , who, like Thorsten Stelly, is a managing director of the company. In addition to Schiefelbein, authorized signatory Moritz Wedekind is also a member of Tertium's management team.

“Another focus of her work is the training of next-gen family members in family governance and family succession strategies in order to enable them to successfully continue the family wealth in the next generation,” explains Pengel.
