Clearway Capital thanks creditors for their support at the GZO Creditors’ Meeting

Zurich, September 9, 2025 - Clearway Capital thanks the 164 creditors who voted in favor of the proposals submitted by Clearway at the creditors' meeting on September 8. These creditors represent a total of claims estimated at approximately CHF 165 million. They sent a strong signal that alternative plans are necessary to ensure the successful restructuring of GZO AG.

Clearway welcomes the election of two of the previously proposed candidates to the Creditors' Committee. This will ensure that financial creditors will form the majority of the newly formed committee and ensure that the interests of GZO's investors are represented in the ongoing restructuring process.

Clearway also recognizes the interests of the approximately 250 GZO employees who attended the meeting or were represented and who expressed their concerns. Clearway will continue to work with all parties involved to find a balanced and sustainable solution that is acceptable to all creditors. At the same time, it is important to ensure that the interests of employees who cannot exercise their voting rights in relation to the composition agreement are protected.
