Quantumlight is the name of the venture capital firm founded by Revolut founder Nikolay Storonsky. The venture capital firm has now closed a fund with €222 million in capital. The fund is aimed at scaleups. To identify exciting startups , Quantumlight has developed its own AI, called Alpha.
Quantumlight has also published a new playbook for startups called " Hiring Top Talent ." According to Sifted, it's based on Storonsky's leadership at Revolut . It addresses the all-important question: How do you recruit top talent? VC investors often recommend that startups in growth phases hire leaders with extensive experience, the playbook states. "Experience doesn't always equal impact ."
