The problem with the potatoes came as a surprise. After a while, they found a farmer who grows more varieties than the two they usually get. And they finally have a supplier for veal tongues. "But brains?" Armin Hagenhenrich leans back. He's a good two meters tall, stretches his arms as if he wants to embrace the entire country. "You just can't get pig brains, even though there are twice as many pigs as people here." He shrugs: "We're working on it."
