The YB women celebrate against GC – and win the championship title.

(sda) The Young Boys Bern women's soccer team has won the Swiss championship title. The Bernese team took a 2-1 win in the second leg of the final against Grasshoppers on Saturday evening, taking it to extra time and then winning the penalty shootout 5-4. For YB, which entered the playoffs as the qualifying winner, it is the first title since 2011.
