Immediately after the game, Stuttgart's wonder boy shows a very big gesture

VfB Stuttgart wins the DFB Cup. While the players celebrate with the traveling fans in front of the stands, one player makes a grand gesture.
On the other side of the interior there is a lone Stuttgart player standing in the blue sea of Arminia and consoling his opponents: Nick Woltemade.
But he didn't just console the Bielefeld players, he also congratulated them, as he explained a little later on ZDF. "That's the way it should be," said the scorer of the 1-0 goal.
"I congratulated them on a great season. I was still playing in the third division myself two years ago."

Woltemade has been a standout performer this season and one of the few bright spots in VfB's modest Bundesliga campaign. With 17 goals, he's even now earned a spot in coach Julian Nagelsmann's national team.
"It's crazy how my season has gone. I can't really handle the situation yet. I'm very grateful for everything," says a visibly moved Woltemade.
And celebrate? He'll celebrate after congratulating the Bielefeld team. "I still have enough time to celebrate with the fans and my family," he says on the ZDF microphone.
Immediately after consoling his opponents, Woltemade runs across the entire field, encourages the fans in the opposite stands and joins the cheering crowd to great applause from fans and teammates.
