In the run-up to the DFB Cup final between third-division DSC Arminia Bielefeld and Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart, all sorts of East Westphalian memories were brought to mind. The research went back to the time of Arminius, the Germanic prince from the early Christian era. The name Wiglaf Droste, an author who died too early, was criminally omitted.
