After nearly a decade in prisons in Spain and the United States, accused of operating financially for drug traffickers and Mexican politicians , including Humberto Moreira, former PRI Governor of Coahuila, Juan Manuel Muñoz "El Mono" reappeared in Mexico and was arrested in an operation against fuel theft in this municipality.
