Agustín Rossi defended Axel Kicillof: "I don't think that the creation of the space is a disruptive event"

Former Chief of Staff of the Nation, Agustín Rossi , referred to the new political movement launched by the Governor of the Province of Buenos Aires , Axel Kicillof . In radio statements, he said that he does not consider the creation of "Derecho al Futuro" to represent a significant change within Peronism.
Rossi said that Kicillof 's initiative is "something natural" within the political dynamic. He assured that the governor remains within Peronism and that the launching of this space does not mean a rupture within the movement. He stressed that in the history of Peronism there have been different currents and groups without this implying irreparable divisions. In this sense, he recalled previous experiences in which prominent figures of Peronism promoted internal groups without this representing a fracture within the party.
Rossi also considered that the emergence of new currents is a sign of the vitality of Peronism, which has known how to adapt to changes in context throughout its history. He also said that Kicillof 's leadership is recognized within the space and that his new political structure does not put the unity of the movement at risk. In his opinion, diversity within Peronism is a strength and not a weakness.
In another part of the interview, Rossi was asked about the possible acquisition of Telefónica by Grupo Clarín . He pointed out that, if the operation were to go through, most of the country's telecommunications system would be in the hands of a single private group. He expressed his concern about the concentration of the media and telecommunications, since this could affect the plurality of voices and competition in the sector.
In this regard, he stressed the importance of regulatory bodies analyzing the impact of the operation. He warned that excessive concentration could lead to a monopoly that limits access to information and telecommunications services in the country.
Rossi also referred to the “Criptogate” scandal and the accusations against President Javier Milei for promoting the cryptocurrency $LIBRA . He recalled that it took almost 24 hours for the president to offer an official explanation, which came from the President’s Office .
He said that the official response did not dispel doubts about the possible fraud and added that there is evidence that Milei had prior knowledge of what had happened. Rossi described as "shameful" the Government 's decision to create an internal commission to investigate itself instead of submitting to the control of the Justice and the National Congress .
Finally, the former Kirchnerist official concluded that "the king is naked" and that the cryptocurrency case exposed the shortcomings of Milei 's management. He assured that the president must be held accountable to the corresponding institutions and answer for the damage caused to thousands of people who invested in the "Viva La Libertad" project.
BY THE MANUAL (FOR AN ILLUSION SELLER) The scam that has been consummated since Milei's publication in X is of enormous institutional gravity. Milei is using the position of President of Argentina to benefit a few and harm many.
