Arteaga: security filter installed on highway 57 at the junction with Girón Padilla

Mayor Ana Karen Sánchez Flores headed the installation of a security checkpoint on Highway 57, at the junction with Girón Padilla , with the aim of strengthening security in the municipality and preventing criminal acts.
During the event, the mayor highlighted the importance of this measure, which is added to the strategies promoted by Governor Manolo Jiménez Salinas to protect the population.

“This security filter is a key action to keep our municipality protected and prevent crime from trying to enter our region,” he said.
The installation of the security checkpoint was attended by representatives of various security forces, including the Municipal Preventive Police, the Secretariat of the Mexican Navy and the Coahuila Civil Police.
The mayor reiterated her commitment to the safety and well-being of the people of Arteaga, assuring that her administration will continue to work closely with the security forces to reinforce surveillance and provide greater confidence to citizens.
