Spanish chef Dani García has shared a Michelin-starred idea on social media that only takes 10 minutes to recreate. The best part is, you don't need a pan or oven .

Dani García assures that preparing a delicious dinner in just 10 minutes is possible. " Cook without complications, but with skill . This will blow you away," he assures.

The chef's suggestion is a microwaved leek dish with vinaigrette . "No pan, no oven... Just steam and flavor," he comments. The Malaga native points out that this appliance is his best friend when he wants to make something fast. "It may not seem like it and it's a strange thing, but it can be cooked incredibly well," he confirms.

After this introduction, the chef explains his recipe . First, he places the leeks in a container , covers it with plastic wrap, and microwaves them for five minutes . Then, as an extra touch, he adds a little flavor with a touch of charcoal . However, he says this isn't necessary.

Ingredients for the vinaigrette
  • Hard-boiled egg yolk

  • Spring onion

  • Pickled gherkins

  • Chive

  • Grain mustard

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Almond

  • Muscat vinegar

The next step is to make the vinaigrette . To do so, mix the following ingredients: hard-boiled egg yolk, spring onion, pickled gherkins, chives, grain mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, almonds, and muscatel vinegar.

"It has a bit of acidity, a bit of sweetness... This dish could be in any restaurant ," says Dani García.
