On Friday the 27th at noon, more than one hundred and fifty people gathered at Patio Bullrich for a luncheon organized by Disfam Argentina (Dyslexia and Family), with the aim of raising awareness about dyslexia—a condition that affects one in ten people—and raising funds to provide free diagnostic services to people without resources. Among those present were Pampita , makeup artist Estefanía Novillo , Sebastián Estevanez with his wife, Ivana Saccani , Mariano Martínez , and Clara Muzzio , Deputy Mayor of the City of Buenos Aires. “These types of meetings not only raise funds, but also help break the lack of knowledge that still exists about dyslexia,” said María Arabetti, president of Disfam Argentina. Disfam is a non-profit civil association that has been working for years to promote early detection, diagnosis, and support for people with dyslexia and their families, with a special focus on those in vulnerable situations.
