Leticia Sabater dyes her hair for Real Zaragoza: "All my support for them to win and not be relegated."

Leticia Sabater dyes her hair for Real Zaragoza: "All my support for them to win and not be relegated."

Through her constant performances in Aragon, Leticia Sabater has developed a fondness for the region. This sentiment also extends to Real Zaragoza , as fans approach her at many of her concerts to give her team shirts or to talk to her about their struggles in the Second Division.

For example, last year, at the Rosales del Canal festival, where she performed in front of more than 2,000 people, she was given a white jersey that she wore on stage and still has. Although she's not particularly a football fan, she does follow the progress of the squad coached by Gabi from afar and wants to send her support to help them finally escape the threat of relegation.

With this goal in mind, she appeared at her concert in Alcorisa (Teruel) last Friday with a symbolic new look. Leticia Sabater dyed her hair in the colors of Real Zaragoza as a sign of her affection for the club from the Aragonese capital. "I give them all my encouragement and send them all the strength they need to overcome the difficult situation they find themselves in," she asserts.

Sabater explains the origins of this decision. "Aragon has treated me and continues to treat me excellently. I feel the affection wherever I go, in each of the three provinces. I connect with its people, who come to have fun, to have a good time singing and dancing, which is the most important thing in life. But I don't just act and go home right away. I like taking photos, chatting with the people in each of the towns I visit," he begins.

And he continues with his argument: "It's very common for people to talk to me about Real Zaragoza. I see that for many people in Aragon it's very important; it's not just a football team. Plus, they've given me several shirts, and that's made me grow fonder of the club. I'd like things to go better for it and for it to be promoted to the First Division, where it deserves to be. I'm doing my part, as I know all the Zaragoza fans do, who always support the team and who pass that on to me."

The Real Zaragoza look won't be limited to the show in Alcorisa. Next Friday, May 9, Leticia Sabater will perform in Biota, a town in the Cinco Villas district, and will once again show off her Zaragoza roots.
