According to the report, the Mexican monsoon will maintain the likelihood of heavy to very heavy rains in northwestern Mexico, with the possibility of occasional heavy rains on the Baja California Peninsula.

Possible rain will be accompanied by hail due to the entry of moisture through the divergence , and the appearance of thunderstorms is likely.

Also, a high-altitude trough will move over central, western, and southern Mexico, bringing moisture from the Pacific Ocean, bringing showers and scattered rain to the aforementioned areas.

The states most affected by the rains will be Guerrero and parts of Oaxaca; Civil Protection authorities are warning the public that the rainfall could cause flooding, landslides, or infrastructure problems that could lead to accidents.

Meanwhile, in the rest of the country, the hot weather continues over northern regions, the Pacific coast and the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the Yucatán Peninsula.

Finally, in the Valley of Mexico, mostly sunny weather is expected, with the possible appearance of heavy showers with a depth of 25 to 50 mm in the metropolitan capital. Isolated rainfall of 0.1 to 5 mm is also forecast in Coahuila, Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, San Luis Potosí, and Aguascalientes.
