Young delivery man dies after crashing into a pickup truck in Ramos Arizpe

A Rappi employee lost his life in a crash on the state highway to Los Pinos.
A young man who earned his living as a food delivery driver died when he crashed into a pickup truck that blocked his right-of-way on the state highway to Los Pinos.
He was identified as Max Francisco Adrián N.; he was 19 years old. The incident occurred as the victim was riding his motorcycle along the Los Pinos highway, traveling east to west. Meanwhile, a white Dodge RAM pickup truck was traveling in the opposite lane (west to east). The pickup truck driver attempted to merge north onto José María Morelos Street , heading toward the downtown area.

The vehicle ended up depriving the motorcyclist of his right of way, causing him to fail to stop but hitting the rear right side of the truck. The impact caused the driver to be thrown from the ground, and he tragically died instantly . Although firefighters and paramedics responded, they reported that the man suffered a head injury.
State Police officers who responded to the call arrested the suspect. He will now be brought before the Public Prosecutor 's Office in Ramos Arizpe for negligent homicide.
