'Do You Remember?': DND and R!ch Yashel's new song evokes CNCO's romantic legacy.

'Do You Remember?': DND and R!ch Yashel's new song evokes CNCO's romantic legacy.
The Latin boy band DND ( Do Not Disturb ) aims to establish itself as a new icon of urban pop, and to that end, it has teamed up with the best talents in the music industry. Not only do they have the support of renowned producer Pharrell Williams, but they have now joined forces with Richard Camacho, a former member of CNCO , who recently launched his solo career as R!ch Yashel.
The band members (Emilio, Emiliano, Isaac and Danny Lacayo) managed to connect very well with the former CNCO member and created a song that blends the freshness of these young performers with Richard's expertise .
The track is titled " Do You Remember?" and is a beautifully crafted fusion of DND's urban pop DNA and the melodic sensuality that has always characterized R!ch Yashel. In fact, the track recalls the enveloping rhythm of CNCO classics like "Reguetón lento , " "Tan fácil," " Llegaste tú," and "De cero ." However, the difference lies in the fact that this collaboration incorporates beats closer to Afrobeat and boasts a more cinematic aesthetic.

It's worth noting that R!ch not only sang with the DND boys, he also helped compose alongside RK, Animal, Symon and Jean Rodríguez, and, if that weren't enough, he was the producer, creating a song that combines elements of urban pop with a romantic and melancholic aesthetic.
The single, available on digital platforms , marks a new creative stage for both parties, who had already worked together on Tinder , and who are betting on new sounds with an emphasis on groove and body movement.
"Connecting with R!ch Yashel was a natural fit. From the very beginning, we felt that genuine vibe and an artistic vision that resonated with who we are and what we want to build. This collaboration marks the beginning of something bigger, more real…" the members of DND stated in a statement.
For his part, R!ch Yashel has stated in interviews with other media outlets that he immediately identified with DND, which reminded him of his early days in CNCO. Furthermore, working with Emilio, Emiliano, Isaac, and Danny Lacayo enriched the musical exploration of his solo career.
"I've been working on my music for the past year, exploring new ways to express myself. When I connected with DND, I felt like I was connected to their energy, their drive, and their authenticity. This collaboration is just the beginning," he said.
As for the music video, it was directed by Chilean filmmaker Javiera Eyzaguirre—mother of one of the boy band members—and stands out for its cinematic aesthetic, in which dance plays a leading role, and of course, given that the six artists, despite their young age, are already experienced dancers.
With this new offering, DND continues to establish itself as a group that combines the commercial sound of Latin pop with technical training in dance and composition, aiming for a comprehensive stage experience.
