A few days ago, a TikTok user, identified as Miranda, shared a video on her personal account showing the notes her grandfather takes during classes where he's taught how to use a cell phone.
In the recording, the young woman can be seen manipulating the pages of a notebook, which feature some drawings made by the 93-year-old man, who can be heard in the background explaining the purpose of his notes.

Throughout the clip, the woman can also be seen carefully reviewing the notes made by her grandfather, in which he specifies the name of each application, its characteristic icon, and its function.
After reviewing the notebook, Miranda pauses on one of the pages and, as if giving an oral assessment, points to one of the symbols and asks, "What's this for?" The man quickly replies that WhatsApp is used for conversations.
"The conversation can be live or just recorded. I mean, it's more for a running errand," the grandfather adds, while his granddaughter records the moment with her cell phone to demonstrate the progress she's made.

In another of his posts, the young woman asks him what the option he marked "new" in blue is for. When asked, the man replies that the tool had recently appeared on his device.
"Play Store is used to update or download apps like WhatsApp or YouTube," reads one of the pages, which also includes information about the most frequently used functions.

A few hours after Miranda revealed that her grandfather was taking classes to learn how to use his phone properly and without anyone's help, internet users on digital platforms were quick to comment on the video.

In that sense, some users highlighted that the man was the true "face of the markers" , referring to how elaborate his drawings look, which have their respective colors.
Other people also mentioned that despite his advanced age, he takes very nice notes and recognized his interest in learning.
