The tour will serve to accompany I should have taken more photos, The sixth album by Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio (Puerto Rico, 30 years old), released in the late afternoon/evening of January 5th, hours before Three Kings' Day. On the album, he returns to his homeland, Puerto Rico, as Carlos Marcos recounted in his review, "almost more for personal healing than for an external vindication of his roots, which he also does." And he continued: “In the song titled Eoo he explains the intentions of the album : 'You're listening to music from Puerto Rico, asshole. We grew up listening and singing this, in the hamlets, in the neighborhoods. From the 90s to 2000 forever.' He lies a little, because if the Latin artist has anything, it's an intention to reinvent genres, to stretch the formula, to go beyond, to pump new life into styles that have existed for decades. The songs on Debí Tirar Más Fotos are a feast where the attentive fan will find original discoveries here and there, as well as surprises. There are several reggaetons on this album, but it offers much more: Fania-period salsa , son, guaguancó, jíbaro music from rural areas of Puerto Rico, boleros, and also hip hop, trap and electronic music. All woven together with a very broad instrumentation, with trombones combining with synthesizers, computer programs mixed with congas, marimbas associated with rap bases. A good part of the album is performed by young people from The Free School of Music of Puerto Rico, girls and boys who exude enthusiasm, a feeling that is perceived in their energetic, inspired work."
