Shakira concert in Bogotá: road closures, detours and streets that will be closed
Shakira is in the middle of her world tour 'Las mujeres ya no lloran World Tour' and her next stop is Bogotá. The singer from Barranquilla will perform on February 26 and 27 at the Nemesio Camacho El Campín Stadium.
In addition to preparing their pints, the more than 30,000 concert-goers and other Bogota residents must take into account road closures, detours and streets that will be closed in order to plan their mobility.
With this in mind, the District Department of Mobility (SDM) announced the road impacts in the capital for February 26 and 27. This mainly includes detours and closures on Transversal 28, Calle 53B and one lane, as well as affecting pedestrian paths on Carrera 30 Avenue (NQS), near the El Campín stadium.

The SDM reported that from 11:00 pm on Tuesday, February 25 until 2:00 am on Friday, February 28, there will be closures on the following road sections:
- Transversal 28: full closure of both lanes between Carrera 28 and Avenida Calle 57, including the western pedestrian path. A controlled access lane will be enabled for residents on the eastern side, without affecting the pedestrian path on that side.
- Calle 53B Bis: total closure on both roads between Carrera 28 and Carrera 30 Avenue (NQS), affecting the north and south pedestrian paths.
- Carrera 28: total closure between Calle 53B Bis and Calle 53B. Controlled access will be guaranteed to residents of Transversal 28 (east side) between Calle 53B Bis and Avenida Calle 57.
- Calle 57A: full closure between Avenida NQS and the access to the North Parking Lot. From this point to Diagonal 61C, the closure will be controlled and will include pedestrian walkways on both sides.
- NQS Avenue: partial closure of the eastern pedestrian path between Calle 53B Bis and Calle 57A. The fence will be located on the eastern side of the cycle path without affecting it.
- Eastbound lane of the eastbound carriageway of Avenida NQS: closure between Calle 53B and Calle 57A, intended for the circulation of cyclists in case of congestion on the pedestrian path. For this, the organizer must install plastic barriers and tubular delineators, in coordination with the District Mobility Secretariat (SDM).

Additionally, these are the deviations authorized by the SDM:
South-north direction on NQS Avenue:
- Those who usually take Calle 53B Bis to the east and Carrera 24 to the north, must continue along Avenida NQS, then Diagonal 61C to the east and Avenida Carrera 24 to the north to resume their route.
- Those who take Calle 53B Bis to the east and Calle 57 to the east, must continue along Avenida NQS, then Diagonal 61C to the east, Transversal 25 to the south and Calle 57 to the east to rejoin their route.
- Those taking Calle 57A to the east must continue along Avenida NQS and Diagonal 61C to the east to resume their route.
- Those taking Calle 53B to the east can detour onto Calle 51 to the east, Carrera 27 to the north and then take Calle 53 or Calle 53B to the east to continue their usual route.

- Those traveling along Carrera 24 Avenue or Transversal 28 and need to take Calle 53 Avenue to the west, must continue along Transversal 25 to the south, then Diagonal 53C to the east, Carrera 24 to the south and finally Calle 53 Avenue to the west.
East-west direction:
- Those who travel along Calle 57 Avenue and usually take Transversal 28, Carrera 28 to the south and Calle 53 Avenue to the west, must detour onto Carrera 21 to the south and then continue along Calle 53 Avenue to the west to resume their usual route.
