115 Colombians are being sought to work in Germany and Canada with salaries of up to 12 million
The SENA Public Employment Agency (APE) is offering 100 nursing job opportunities in Germany and 15 job vacancies as metal processing machine operators in Canada.
Those who apply for the call must take into account that it is necessary to meet 100% of the required profile and send their resume through the platform.

The 115 available positions will allow several Colombians to fulfill their dream of working abroad. In addition, the salaries offered exceed 12 million pesos per month.
According to the Sena statement, in 2024, thanks to the Ape platform's relationship with foreign companies, more than 1,600 Colombians were able to find employment in Germany, Spain and Canada.

The main occupations were farm laborer, nurse, lifeguard, electrical technologist, preschool teacher, welder, metal structure assembler, aircraft technician, heavy equipment maintenance technician, construction carpenter, and heavy equipment mechanic.
Nursing vacancies in Germany This opportunity does not require applicants to be fluent in German, as those who apply will be offered a full scholarship to study the language from level A1 to B2.
The offer offers a salary between 10 and 12.5 million pesos.

The position has a daytime shift and 40 hours per week. The functions are described and detailed in the offer that can be consulted on the Ape del Sena website.
The key requirements to apply are:
- Have a diploma and professional card.
- Have 2 years of experience in the hospital care area.
- Have a passport.
The vacancy also includes all the legal benefits of the German social security system, such as health, pension, unemployment insurance and 28 days of annual paid vacation.

Among the requirements, the Ape platform highlights that interested parties must know how to interpret plans, sketches and computer-aided design (CAD) files .
In addition, they must have knowledge of aligning, securing and adjusting cutting tools and workpieces and know how to use manual, automatic and computer numerical control (CNC) machines .

The vacancy has a fixed-term contract and a full-time work week of 40 hours.
