ANSES Progresar Scholarships: Who can collect them in June 2025?

In June 2025, the National Social Security Administration (ANSES) and the Education Secretariat of the Ministry of Human Capital will activate the payment corresponding to the Progresar Scholarships .

Through various programs such as Progresar Obligatorio, Progresar Superior, and Progresar Trabajo , access to monthly assistance is guaranteed, subject to clear conditions: academic regularity, academic progress, and a family or personal income limit.

According to the Ministry of Education, only those beneficiaries who meet all current requirements and have not been recently discharged will continue to receive payments. To determine the continuation of the benefit, various administrative and academic aspects are evaluated, in addition to family information.

For Progresar Superior , the requirements include being a native Argentine, a naturalized Argentine, or a foreigner with at least five years of legal residency; being between 17 and 24 years old when starting the program, up to 30 if the program is advanced, or with no age limit if the program is nursing . Additionally, students must have completed high school without any pending subjects and study at public institutions, with exceptions for specific programs. They must also comply with the current vaccination schedule and participate in complementary activities.

Progresar Trabajo is aimed at young people between 18 and 24 years old, or up to 40 if they are not formally employed. In this case, the income considered is personal and must not exceed three times the Minimum Living Wage (SMVM) . A national ID card and at least two years of legal residency are also required.

For those pursuing compulsory education, the corresponding scholarship is the Progresar Obligatorio (Mandatory Progress) scholarship. It is intended for students between the ages of 16 and 24, with family incomes within the aforementioned limits. They must also maintain regular student status, demonstrate academic progress, and have a complete or ongoing vaccination schedule. As part of the scholarship , participation in vocational and career guidance courses is also mandatory.

The Ministry of Human Capital stated that the goal is to strengthen educational paths in parallel with job placement. "The scholarship not only guarantees access to education, but also allows work and study to be integrated, rather than mutually exclusive," explained spokespersons for the Ministry of Education.

Students participating in the program can check whether they will receive their June payment through two official channels authorized by the State. The first option is through the Mi ANSES website, logging in with their CUIL number and personal password.

In the "My Payments" section, you can access details of the benefit, crediting dates, and whether the payment has been approved. The second option is through the Mi Argentina app, which allows you to check the status of the application by logging in with your personal information.
