Educational vouchers 2025: how many installments can be owed and still receive the benefit?

Educational vouchers 2025: how many installments can be owed and still receive the benefit?

The Educational Vouchers program may be suspended or canceled if fees are outstanding. Registration results are now available.

The 2025 Educational Vouchers program, promoted by the Ministry of Human Capital , closed its registration period on May 23 .

The initiative seeks to provide financial assistance to families with children in private schools that receive at least 75% state subsidies . Through this benefit, students receive partial coverage of their tuition fees , provided they meet certain requirements.

Once the application is submitted, families can access the official platform to find out if their application was approved , rejected, or if it is still under evaluation . However, in addition to completing the registration process, it is crucial to keep up with payment dues, as accumulating debt can directly affect continued benefits.

One of the main requirements for keeping the educational voucher is not having any debt with the school . According to the Ministry of Human Capital , if a family has two unpaid installments , the benefit is automatically suspended until the situation is regularized.

Once the debt is settled, payments are reinstated retroactively , meaning the amounts corresponding to the months that remained pending while the suspension lasted are paid.

However, if three unpaid installments accumulate, the situation changes permanently: the program cancels the benefit , with no possibility of recovery. Therefore, making the monthly tuition payments is important to sustain this financial assistance for students .

How to check the result of the Educational Voucher step by step

Since May 23 , applicants can check the status of their application on the Mi Argentina digital platform. This process allows them to determine whether their application has been approved , rejected, or is still under evaluation .

The results of the procedure are now available on the Mi Argentina platform.

Below is the step-by-step process for correctly completing the query:

  • Log in to My Argentina with your username and password .
  • Within the profile, access the Educational Vouchers program section.
  • Check the status of your application, which may appear as:
    • Approved
    • Rejected
    • Under evaluation
  • If it was rejected , the system will report the exact reason for the rejection.

In cases where the cause is related to academic performance or school regularity , a period of five calendar days is enabled to file a claim directly from the same platform.
