ISA started 2025 with a 10% increase in profits: they totaled $695 billion.

During the first quarter of the year, ISA's net income reached 695 billion pesos, exceeding the results of the first quarter of 2024 by 10 percent.
Meanwhile, EBITDA closed at 2.4 trillion pesos, representing an 8 percent increase compared to the first quarter of last year.
These results are mainly explained by the entry into operation of new projects and the positive effect of contractual escalators (i.e., inflation indicators and producer price indexes such as the PPI), among others.

"We're starting the year with positive momentum in our financial results, driven by the efficient execution of our investment plan, which will generate future revenue and returns that will continue to leverage the business," said Jorge Andrés Carrillo, president of ISA.
He also highlighted that the company invested 1.4 billion pesos in the first three months of the year, primarily in strengthening energy systems in the countries where it operates, contributing to the reliability, availability, and sustainability of the service.
In the operational arena, ISA Energía was awarded 18 grid reinforcement and improvement projects in Brazil. In Chile, the company won the New Las Palmas–Centella Flow Control System project, which has a reference investment of $84 million (350 billion pesos).

This project will bring stability to Chile's national transmission system, optimizing the energy infrastructure by allowing the redistribution of power flows transmitted through the lines. This power flow control system is the first project with this technological solution that ISA has developed in Chile.
ISA is also making progress on the construction of 37 power transmission projects that the company won in a public tender, which will add nearly 5,432 kilometers of lines.
In the highway business, progress continues on the projects awarded in 2024: the Panamericana Este in Panama and the Orbital Sur Santiago in Chile, in addition to complementary works on the Ruta del Maipo.
