Mirabaud appoints CEO for European private banking at the Luxembourg International Bank

Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) now has a new CEO. The Mirabaud Group's European private bank has announced the appointment of Émilie Serrurier-Hoël from Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL). She will take up the position on June 16 and lead the Mirabaud Group's European wealth management business from Luxembourg.

Under the direct leadership of Nicolas Mirabaud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA and Managing Partner of Mirabaud SCA, the Group's holding company, Émilie Serrurier-Hoël will assume operational management of Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA, the Mirabaud Group's European wealth management platform based in Luxembourg with offices in Spain, France, and the United Kingdom . Her mission will be to drive the development of its European operations and strengthen their efficiency and competitiveness.

Founded in 2014, Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA is headquartered in Luxembourg and offers its clients highly personalized service, innovative offerings, a robust platform, and deep knowledge of the local markets where it operates.

Nicolas Mirabaud, Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board of Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA, said after the appointment: "We are delighted to welcome Émilie Serrurier-Hoël to our firm. Émilie Serrurier-Hoël has nearly 20 years of experience as a manager and wealth management specialist in Luxembourg. She has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2018 and Director of the CEO's Office at BIL (Banque Internationale à Luxembourg) since January 2024. She has also held other management positions at BIL, where she has led teams of up to 200 people, including Director of Wealth Management, Director of Strategy, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Communications, and Director of Process and Organization Management, among others. Émilie Serrurier-Hoël holds a Master's degree in Management from EM Lyon Business School.
