The Extremadura Business Corporation (CEX Capital) enters BRABURA GRILLS to boost its growth in Villafranca de los Barros.

The Board of Directors of CEX Capital (Corporación Empresarial de Extremadura) has approved its entry into the capital of BRABURA GRILLS , a young Extremadura-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-end barbecues and outdoor kitchens, based in Villafranca de los Barros.

Specifically, the Corporation has invested to acquire a 35% stake in this company, promoted by four Extremadura-based executives with extensive experience in the sector. Since its creation in 2021, it has consolidated its international presence, already exporting more than 90% of its production to more than 20 countries.

The purpose of the Corporation's investment, as part of its mission to strengthen the Extremadura business community, is to support BRABURA GRILLS in its growth plan, which includes investments in new machinery and equipment, as well as the future development of a new manufacturing plant that will increase its production capacity and meet the growing demand for its products in international markets.

BRABURA GRILLS reached a turnover of 1.7 million euros in 2024, and with the support of CEX Capital, it expects to exceed 5 million euros in 2028. In parallel, the company anticipates significant employment growth, going from 8 current employees to a workforce of 20 people in the coming years.

Accompanying companies in their expansion

As CEX Capital's Chairman of the Board, Agustín Delgado, stated, this project represents "the essence of our mission: to support Extremaduran companies with a clear international vision , differentiated, high-quality products, and the capacity to generate employment and industrial investment in our region."

As the Corporation recalls, CEX Capital's model is based on supporting companies in their expansion phases and then divesting and reinvesting in new business projects, thus contributing sustainably to regional economic development.

BRABURA GRILLS emphasized the importance of this financial and human support : "CEX Capital's support is key to accelerating our growth and consolidating our position as an international benchmark in outdoor kitchens, while also generating new industrial and employment opportunities in Extremadura."

The company's CEO, Francisco Nieto, emphasized that at BRABURA GRILLS, "we design everything in Villafranca de los Barros and export 90% of our production to more than 20 countries, including the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Israel, Slovenia, and France. We now have the United States as our target market, and are also developing new products to enter larger distribution chains."
