The most attractive Argentine companies to work for

Randstad, the global talent company, presented the results of its 2025 edition of Randstad Employer Brand Research, the most comprehensive and inclusive independent study on employer branding worldwide. The research is based on the opinions of more than 170,000 participants in 34 countries, representing more than 75% of the global economy. In Argentina , Samsung emerged as the most attractive company to work for among the more than 4,108 Argentinians surveyed.

The "Lovebrands 2025" podium is completed by Aerolíneas Argentinas , which placed second, and HP, which holds third place in this ranking, which has been conducted in the country for 13 years. Samsung , Aerolíneas Argentinas , and HP were chosen based on the opinions of 4,108 respondents in Argentina regarding the factors they consider most relevant when choosing a company to work for. The respondents, students, active and unemployed workers, between 18 and 64 years old, indicated which of the 180 companies surveyed, mainly the country's largest employers, they would like to work for. As part of the study's methodology, which distinguishes the most attractive employers in each country, Mercado Libre was recognized by being included in the Hall of Fame, the highest global employer branding award. This distinction is granted by Randstad Employer Brand Research to those companies that stand out above the rest by being crowned winners three times in a row in the same market. Mercado Libre was inducted into the Hall of Fame for being the most attractive company to work for in Argentina in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
