When will retirees receive their summer bonus in 2025? Date and amount of pensions

After Easter and the arrival of good weather, summer is approaching. The new season will begin next month and will mean vacations, but also the long-awaited bonus .

Like workers, pensioners whose salaries are paid in 14 installments are also entitled to an extra payment. This means that pensioners receive two extra payments per year . In those months, they will receive more than their regular salary. Furthermore, they receive their extra payments even earlier than workers.

According to these criteria, the next extra pension payment will be made at the end of June and corresponds to the summer bonus. The second and final extra pension payment will be made in November, in conjunction with Christmas.

The extra pension payment is made between the 1st and 5th of each month and is made at the end of the month, as indicated in Social Security regulations.
