Katherine Mafla, a doctor, reveals the best time for intimacy: 'It helps achieve the best orgasms'

Neurologist Katherine Mafla, through her social media, addressed a topic that is causing a lot of concern to her followers: what is the best time to have sex?
Various studies confirm that the best sex is morning sex, between 7:30 and 10:30 a.m., as it releases endorphins and helps you get off to a good start to the day.
“Morning sex? Did you know that people who have sex between 7:30 and 8:30 in the morning are more relaxed and have the best orgasms ?” Katherine Mafla said.

Sexual relations are part of the thousands of ways people share love and affection.
A study conducted in the United Kingdom and published in 'The Objective' states that the best time for intimacy is 5:48 in the morning, for both men and women .
This is because it's the best time of day, as the body has more energy and releases more endorphins during sex. It also helps lower blood pressure and regulates stress levels.
Some benefits of morning sex “Morning sex relieves pain, burns energy, calms you, soothes you, and prepares you for a good day ,” she said.
Morning is when people feel most rested after a long night's sleep, which translates into greater stamina when it comes to intimacy.
Although many couples take advantage of the end of the day to be intimate, as this is when they feel most relaxed, it is not always the most appropriate or advisable option, according to some experts.
“It's usually at the end of the day, after all the chores are done, that we tend to relax. And when it comes to relaxation, many people improve on the weekends, precisely because Saturday and Sunday are when they're clearest. For the same reason, if couples go on vacation, they disconnect even more from housework or their children, and enjoy sexual pleasure even more ,” explains psychologist Lara Ferreiro.

Furthermore, the specialist points out that the peak period for male and female curves is between 3 and 4 p.m. "In my experience, it's common not to have sex during nap time, but rather at night; at least that's what I see in consultations, because that's when the children are in bed ," she says.
