The Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) has ordered the recall of the Stradivarius Nº129 Fleur Saline Eau de Parfum perfume . The reason is the presence of limonene in a higher proportion than permitted , without this component being indicated on the label. The alert was activated this Monday, after the Inditex group's own brand reported the anomaly . Authorities have issued instructions to halt its sale in all distribution channels.
The recall affects three specific batches of this perfume: batch numbers 41741 and 42181 (30 ml format) and batch 42271 (100 ml bottle) . All of them contain a high concentration of limonene, a substance that can cause adverse reactions in some people. The Ministry of Health has asked the autonomous communities to disseminate the alert to retailers and consumers. This is a preventative measure to ensure that no samples remain in circulation.

Limonene is a common ingredient in cosmetics and perfumes due to its citrus aroma. However, at high levels, it can cause skin irritation , redness, or even dermatitis , especially in people with sensitive skin. Therefore, its use is regulated, and its presence must be clearly indicated on the list of ingredients . In this case, since it does not appear on the label, it violates European regulations on cosmetic products.
Recommendations for those who have the perfume at homeThe Ministry of Health recommends that those who have purchased this perfume check the batch number on the packaging to see if it is among those affected. If so, they should stop using it immediately . It is also recommended that they return the product to the point of sale or contact the brand's customer service. This action is part of the routine safety checks that the AEMPS (Spanish Agency for Industrial Development) performs to protect the health of consumers.
