Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's Son RZA Studying French at Age 3
Rihanna's son has got French on the brain.
The pregnant singer, who shares sons RZA, 3, and Riot, 23 months, with rapper A$AP Rocky, recently shared snaps from a family road trip that revealed RZA is working on learning a new language.
In the series of three photos, both boys were pictured sitting in car seats in the back seat. And while Riot could be seen relaxing with his pacifier, RZA's face was covered by a large French workbook.
Rihanna, 37, quipped in the caption, "they so over me on this lil road trip,"
Meanwhile, the "Purple Swag" artist poked fun at his son's road trip activity of choice, commenting on the July 3 Instagram post, "RZA man learning French" with three crying-laughing emojis.
The French on the front cover translates to "my vacation workbook," and RZA seems to be an advanced learner, as the book noted it was for kids ages 5 and 6.
One fan pointed this out, commenting, "the Caribbean mothers always wit the workbooks for double ur age," with a crying emoji. Another user pointed out their familiarity with the workbook brand, commenting, "Lolll not the cahier de vacances!"
This may have been their last trip as a family of four, as the couple has a third on the way. And while the Fenty Beauty founder hasn't officially announced if they'll be bringing home another boy or welcoming a girl to the family, Rocky may have given it away. When asked if the baby on the way was the girl they had been waiting for, he told Entertainment Tonight on June 28, "It is, man. It is." He then held up a Smurfette doll and said, "Right here, you know what I'm saying? Right here."

After announcing they were expecting their first baby, Rihanna recalled keeping her pregnancy a secret from her friends. "It was harder for me to keep it from my posse, because they're around me, they know my habits," she told E!'s Justin Sylvester. "They're like, 'You don't want something to drink? You're not smoking?' And I'm eating all the things I'm not used to eating. They know I hate sweets and I'm all of a sudden asking for cookies and donuts. But finally, I just had to let it all out, and they were all shocked, of course, as the world was shocked as well."

While fans wondered if A$AP Rocky had proposed to Rihanna after seeing them sport the words "Marry me?" and "I do" across their teeth in his "D.M.B." video, sources close to the couple told TMZ in May 2022 the two aren't engaged.
And baby makes three! Multiple outlets report that the couple welcomed a baby in Los Angeles.
She debuted her second pregnancy during the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show.

The couple welcomed their second child, son Riot. One month later, they shared their first photos as a family of four in a rare photoshoot.
Rihanna confirmed her romance with A$AP began at the end of 2019.
"I've seen him in relationships. He's seen me in relationships," she explained in a conversation for Interview published April 9. "We knew what we're capable of, and the trouble that we could bring to each other's lives. We can make or break each other's hearts. And so, we started dating with a lot of caution."
Baby No. 3! Shortly before arriving to the 2025 Met Gala, the "Love on the Brain" singer confirmed her pregnancy.
