The National Court has extradited the Russian-German woman accused of having tied up and beaten her husband to force him to send an email to his lawyer in which he renounced the divorce between them. This is according to the information published by El Español .
According to the alleged victim's account, the incident occurred at her husband's medical office, located in Switzerland. Once the assault was reported, the country's authorities requested the extradition of the woman, who was arrested in Spain in 2024.
The accused's new boyfriend has also been extradited. The man, born in Moldova, is said to have helped her commit the crime and is also accused of repeatedly beating the victim. This is clear from the two court rulings to which the aforementioned media outlet has had access.

The accused allegedly threatened her husband that “three men would kidnap him and take him to France.” In addition, according to the document, “she accessed her husband’s bank account, unlocking it with facial identification, and ordered a transaction for the amount of 23,000 euros, destined for his Spanish bank account; said transaction could not be completed due to lack of funds.”

For their part, the new couple is accused of attempted extortion, theft, breaking and entering and robbery with violence in an inhabited house.
