Javier Milei participated in the Roberto Piazza fashion show celebrating his 50th anniversary.

President Javier Milei participated Monday night in a haute couture show organized by Roberto Piazza at Señor Tango, as part of the designer's 50-year career celebration. The president was also joined by Karina Milei , Patricia Bullrich, and Manuel Adorni , who leads the Buenos Aires-based La Libertad Avanza (LLA) party list for the legislative elections.
The event, titled "Golden Wedding Anniversary," showcased Piazza's 2025 haute couture collection, marking a milestone in his career. Piazza, who shares a personal bond with Milei following a meeting in Olivos in February of this year, extended a special invitation to the President for this important occasion. For his part, the President attended the event due to their close relationship and because it fell at an ideal time for a public appearance.
Jaier Milei's presence occurred in a political context marked by the imminent legislative elections in the City of Buenos Aires, scheduled for next Sunday. Furthermore, there are only four days left until the start of the electoral ban, which will begin Friday morning. Adorni, head of the Buenos Aires LLA list, was also present at the event and will participate in the party's campaign closing, planned for Wednesday, May 14, at 5:30 p.m. in Parque Mitre.
Among the attendees, in addition to figures close to the designer, were prominent figures from the entertainment world such as Mirtha Legrand . During the event, the audience applauded the President and Adorni. Piazza, upon taking the stage, dedicated a special greeting to Milei, pointing to the presidential box and saying, "I love you, Javier. Thank you very much."
Last February, the president met with the designer and his partner at the Quinta de Olivos, thanks to Patricia Bullrich, Karina Milei, and Amalia "Yuyito" González, who was the president's partner at the time, who facilitated the meeting, which took place after the fires in the United States, where the artist was located.
From that moment on, the relationship between the two improved, and the bond endured and even strengthened to the point where he was one of the distinguished guests at the 50th anniversary of the Argentine fashion designer's career.
