Google celebrates the start of UEFA Women's EURO 2025: schedules in Spain and where to watch

From Tuesday, July 2nd, to July 27th, the 14th edition of the UEFA Women's EURO 2025 will be held in Switzerland, where England, the reigning champion, will try to retain their title as the best nation in Europe.

That's why Google wanted to give a nod to this tournament by creating a new Doodle that appears every time you open your browser, alluding to football and Switzerland.

The tournament will feature 16 teams, each of which will first compete in the group stage. There are four in total, and the draw is as follows:

• Group A : Switzerland (host), Norway, Iceland, Finland.
• Group B : Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Italy.
• Group C : Germany, Poland, Denmark, Sweden.
• Group D : France, England (current champion), Wales, Netherlands.

Iceland will open the match against Finland at 6:00 PM this Tuesday, July 2, before the host country will face Norway at 9:00 PM that same day.

For our national team, they will debut next Wednesday, July 3rd, against Portugal at 9:00 PM . Then, on Monday, July 7th, they will play Belgium again at 9:00 PM, and finally, in the group stage, the national team will face Italy on Friday, July 11th at 9:00 PM.

And as is usual in these tournaments, all matches of the Women's EURO 2025 can be followed on RTVE, where all of Spain's matches can be seen on La 1, and other matches can be broadcast through the various TVE channels and its RTVE Play platform.
