England-Spain: Schedule and where to watch the Euro 2025 Women's Final on TV and online.

England-Spain: Schedule and where to watch the Euro 2025 Women's Final on TV and online.

There's a sense of déjà vu surrounding the Women's European Championship final between England and Spain this Sunday. The two teams met in the World Cup final two years ago, with Spain winning 1-0.

Both teams needed 120 minutes to overcome a grueling semifinal. England's super subs delivered on Tuesday with late goals that first sent the match into extra time and then secured a nail-biting 2-1 victory over Italy. Spain needed the magic of two-time Ballon d'Or winner Aitana Bonmatí to overcome a stubborn Germany 1-0 on Wednesday.

It will be Spain's first Euro Cup final , but La Roja went into the tournament as favorites to add the continental title to their collection after winning the World Cup and the Nations League in the last two years.

As AFP notes, the two sides have met twice since the World Cup final, each winning once in this year's Nations League . Jess Park scored the only goal in England's 1-0 win over Spain in February, and Clàudia Pina scored a second-half brace as Spain triumphed 2-1 in June.

"Our past matches don't mean anything because every game is a matter of moments, the style of play changes, the squads change," Bonmatí said.

"They have many players we've faced many times, including at the 2023 World Cup . We know them, they know us. So we want to prepare as best we can for the match, to win it."
