Disney Cruise Line opens its first physical locations in Colombia in partnership with Deluxe Travel: here's how you can access the cruises
After years of waiting, Disney Cruise Line opened offices in Colombia to boost tourism and strengthen the cruise industry in the country.
The cities that will have the new physical locations are Bogotá and Medellín, in the El Retiro Shopping Center and in Oviedo, respectively.
The Colombian agency Deluxe Travel was responsible for making this dream a reality. Those interested can receive personalized advice on cabins, routes, and the experiences Disney offers.
These types of cruises offer character meet-and-greets, Broadway shows, and an all-inclusive plan. However, the brand also aims to appeal to adults, not just families.
Regina Ozuna, Sales Manager for Disney Destinations in Mexico and Colombia, stated that they have wanted to establish a presence in Colombia for years. This physical location offers travelers an opportunity to learn more about the company.
“We know that Colombians really love cruises; there’s a wide variety of options, but ultimately, Disney is a unique experience that no one else offers. It’s the magic of the high seas. We’re also the only cruise line that has a fireworks show at sea,” Ozuna explained.
Disney hopes to attract Colombians seeking specialized travel with immersive, themed experiences. The partnership was formed following the sustained growth of the Colombian tourism sector.
According to figures from Anato, between January and September 2025 alone, 4,195,499 Colombians traveled abroad. That is, an increase of 2.2% compared to the same period last year.

“It’s fulfilling the dream of a child who has breakfast with Mickey Mouse, receives a hug from a princess, and experiences adventures in state-of-the-art children’s clubs,” said Olga Cock, general manager of Deluxe Travel in Colombia.
Passengers will also enjoy fireworks at sea, first-run movies , and a state-of-the-art gym. Adults will find exclusive pools and restaurants.
