In Colombia, finding out which Health Promotion Entity (EPS) you're affiliated with is a completely simple and reliable process . There's a platform that consolidates the Single Affiliate Database, allowing you to find out which company provides your medical services. What steps should you follow to obtain this information?
The Administration of Resources of the General Social Security System in Health (ADRES) has a platform available to citizens where they can find out which EPS provides their services or even if they intend to make a transfer. To do so, you will need to access the following link: www.adres.gov.co and click on the "Consult your EPS" section. In the menu, you'll need to enter your ID type and, of course, enter the ID number, then click the "Check" option. Please note that in this section, you can find your affiliation information in a new tab that will appear in your browser.
