Pizza Master 2025: dates, restaurants, and everything you need to know about this new edition

Pizza Master, a culinary event organized by chef and foodie Tulio Recomienda, will hold a new edition from September 22nd to 28th. Its goal: to showcase innovative culinary offerings from each of the participating cities.

According to a post by Tulio Zuloaga, the motto for this year's edition will be 'The Resistance,' stating: " For years, pizza makers in this country have turned on their ovens without waiting for applause, creating flavors that tell stories. Today is the time to give them the place they deserve because pizza is not only Italian... in Colombia, it also beats with its own accent, with ingredients from our land and with the passion of those who love what they do ."

Diners interested in attending the event, which will be held in major cities across the country, can now plan their restaurant itinerary, as this year's participating establishments have already been revealed .

As is common at these gastronomic events, diners will be able to vote for their favorite proposals to choose who will be crowned the master of this dish at the national level .
