This water park on the Costa Brava is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Opened on July 12, 1985, Water World was the first water park in Catalonia. It covers an area of 150,000 m², has 35 attractions , and a self-limited maximum capacity of 6,000 visitors per day.
Among the new features this season is the opening of Double Tornado WAVE 60 , where visitors will be carried away by an impressive journey, flying down two giant vertical walls, experiencing thrilling turns and two spectacular free falls with a 100% incline.
In addition, the park is expanding its VIP areas, incorporating a Fast Pass system, and revamping the Rafting River with music and lights for an even more immersive experience.

Aqualandia begins a new season celebrating 40 years of fun. In 1985, the water park in Benidorm opened its doors for the first time, becoming the only complex of its kind in Europe.
More than twenty attractions make up the park's leisure offering, some of which have existed since its inception, such as The Rapids and the Soft Tracks . Other attractions, such as Verti-Go and Cyclone , arrived later and broke records.
