A 100% pop rock music festival in Segonzac
The Fête de la Musique, organized this Friday, June 27 by the Segonzac 24 association, will be entirely dedicated to pop rock. A festival of pop lyrics and rock instruments will take place in the community hall.
For fans of new sounds or those nostalgic for the legends of the past, a mix of rock and metal, this is a program that will satisfy all tastes.
Starting at 7 p.m., the opening act will be Sébastien Walter's students from Douchapt's Labo Kréatif (an alternative music educational organization) who will be heating up the vast stage of the village hall. They will offer an eclectic pop-rock repertoire, first with duets and trios, then with their workshop Les Plastic Poussins. They will be followed by the Périgord band Myoulet, who will perform psychedelic rock, 70s folk, and progressive metal.
And, to end this rock music festival in the best possible way, the Girondins of Open Spirit will take to the stage, four instrumental musicians who will perform original compositions of rock inspired by Los Angeles in the 70s.
All evening, members of the Segonzac association will be at the stove preparing and serving Ribéracoise grilled meats, sandwiches and refreshments.
