A quartet of colorful Rolex Daytona Beaches up for auction at Artcurial

From July 7th to 9th, Artcurial is holding its Monaco Auction Week. The final lot in its collector's watch sale is particularly eye-catching.

Once again, Artcurial is organizing its summer auctions at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, featuring luxury bags, jewelry, watches, and women's watches. A Monaco Auction Week in the heart of the Riviera and under the sun. As part of its watch sale on July 7, the auction house has saved the best for last: the final lot, number 200, consists of an incredible quartet of Rolex Cosmograph Daytona "Beach" chronographs (circa 2000). In white gold and featuring semi-precious dials, estimated at €250,000 to €350,000, they were originally acquired from four separate dealers and brought together here for the occasion: Abate in San Memo (Italy), the jewelers Gioletta in Alexandria (Italy) and Calosci in Florence (Italy), as well as Bucherer in Lucerne (Switzerland).

Their colorful style should appeal to collectors: here, the dials are in yellow or pink mother-of-pearl, turquoise, or chrysoprase. Of course, they feature matching straps with gold folding clasps. All of these Daytonas, styled for Monaco and the Côte d'Azur, are equipped with the same chronometer-certified cal. 4130 automatic movement.
