Besançon. Lack of volunteers, finances, and space: The Annual Countryside Artists' Festival is on hold

For 25 years, the association has been cultivating culture in the countryside. Practical workshops, artist residencies, and partnerships with other associations. The highlight of the season: L'Annuelle, a traveling festival combining performances and music.
