The inhabitants of Revermont, the first geographical mountain range in the Jura, like to call themselves "cavets," a name evocative of the time spent aging wine. Between 1873 and 1891, the Revermont vineyards suffered a devastating blow. The cavets were ruined. But the winegrowers' spirit is very much alive, and their roots lie beneath the vine shoots. The Order of the Golden Bunch embodies this memory.
