Chimène Badi, Charlie Winston, Pierre Arditi... Four outings to do this Wednesday, July 30 in the Var

From the South, Up There ... for over 20 years, Chimène Badi has been racking up hits and establishing herself as a key singer in French pop. She broke into the limelight in 2002 on the show Popstars and is on stage at La Garde tonight for a free concert. A chance to travel back in time. With her three choirs and eleven musicians, she retraces her 20-year love affair with the public.
At 9:30 p.m., Place de la République in La Garde. Free
Charlie Winston almost at home in Roquebrune-sur-ArgensHe's a regular in the region. Based on the Côte d'Azur for several years, Charlie Winston enjoys touring the southern stages. Tonight, he's in Roquebrune-sur-Argens as part of the LAC arena concerts. It's an opportunity to (re)discover the world of this artist. He, who exploded in the eyes (and ears) of the general public in 2007 with Like a Hobo , has since carved out his own path, mixing folk and rock. He released his fifth album in 2022 , As I Am , written with Vianney. On stage, with his guitar, he proves that he remains an excellent musician with a great voice.
At 8:30 p.m. at Lac de l'Arena in Roquebrune. Free.
A journalist, but also a performer and Offenbach enthusiast, Christophe Barbier presents Offenbach and the Three Emperors this evening in Ramatuelle. A show where theater, music, and history meet. It notably features soprano Pauline Courtin (incidentally his wife), who plays alongside him. It's an opportunity to delve into the life of this composer of music "that exudes joy and the desire to celebrate," says Barbier.
At 9:30 p.m. at the Théâtre de Verdure in Ramatuelle. Prices start at €52.50.
After a first evening yesterday, the Sanary theater festival continues this evening. At 7:30 p.m., there will first be an open-air performance of Maupassant's Les Petites Femmes on the forecourt of the Galli theater. Followed, at 9:30 p.m., by a reading by Pierre Arditi with the subtitle "Reads Those He Loves." "I'm going to sit at a table and have fun with people. It's a reading, it's embodied of course, but it's definitely a reading," promises the actor.
At 9:30 p.m. at the Galli Theater. 30 euros.
