Francofolies 2025: What a wonderful celebration for Renaud for his 50th career!
It's hard to choose this Thursday between the Jean-Louis Foulquier stage and the main theatre for the opening night of the 41st Francofolies de La Rochelle . Between the stunning Santa arriving on a zip line and the new French stage celebrating Renaud's 50-year career , in his presence.
Having already seen Santa on his breathtaking solo tour, with a flying piano and a monumental cross, we opted for a sold-out anniversary evening, initiated by the programmer of the Charente festival, Pierre Pauly. A creation financed by Sacem and entrusted to two brothers who were bottle-fed on "wild chetron": Vincent and Pablo Lanty, the pianist who accompanied him for two years on the "Dans mes cordes" tour.
