Ohlungen. Fridays at the Klose: three concerts and three conferences in three days

This weekend, the candlelit music festival in the Klose Chapel in Ohlungen extends from Friday to Saturday and Sunday, with three successive concerts and as many lectures to introduce them.
For the first of these evenings , this Friday, July 18 at 8:30 p.m., the trio formed by soprano Aniella Zins, Florence Aoustet on the transverse flute and Parvival Castro on the theorbo will take to the small stage of the Klose Chapel. They will play court airs from the end of the 16th century, mixing love songs, elegant dances and pastoral scenes. Those wishing to learn more about Renaissance voices and the discovery of polyphony at this time can come and attend the lecture given by Dominique Courtadon in advance, at 6 p.m.
On Saturday, July 19th at 8:30 p.m., Rodolphe Burger , the renowned rocker and founder of the band Kat Onoma, will perform with just his guitar and voice for a captivating performance. Echoing the singer's world, the conference that will precede at 6 p.m., given by the Alsatian writer and musician Eric Kaja Guerrier , will focus on the theme of esotericism and mystical spirituality in his own songs.
Finally, on Sunday, July 20 at 5:30 p.m., the Kabyle singer from Alsace, Hayet Ayad, will sing sacred songs from the Mediterranean. As a prelude at 4 p.m., a meeting with the artist, alongside the director of the Sacrées Journées de Strasbourg , on the theme of cultural plurality, will be offered.
Please note that on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., between the conference and the concert of the day, the Comédiens du cru will offer a staged presentation in Alsatian on the history of the Klose.
This Tuesday evening, there were around ten tickets left for the Rodolphe Burger concert, around thirty for the Friday concert, and around forty for Hayet Ayad. Tickets are available at www.helloasso.com/associations/les-amis-du-festival-summerlied
