Casseneuil: the revival of ancient wheat is well worth celebrating

The festivities (1) will begin at 2:30 p.m., with a guided tour of the collection of ancient wheats, enriched each season by the collective De Ferme en ferme, between Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne. The collection includes 66 varieties.
A walk through the fields will be offered to discover wild plants and what they say about the state of the soil. A roundtable discussion with committed farmers from Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne will be held at 6 p.m. The evening will continue with an aperitif and an organic meal at 7 p.m., followed by an oriental blues concert with Tatanka.
