Could French health data fall into the hands of the Trump administration?

"You have a one in seven chance of seeing your health data migrate to Microsoft's cloud and fall under American laws and therefore under the good will of its president Donald Trump." This alert was launched at the beginning of April, in the columns of Libération , by a collective bringing together several organizations, including the Human Rights League and the general medicine union. Their column followed the authorization granted by the CNIL (the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties) for the extraction, from the Cnam (the National Health Insurance Fund) portal, of the health data of 10 million French people drawn at random.
