Doubs. Projects to develop local market gardening in Besançon

The municipality of Besançon wants to develop local market gardening, particularly within the Planoise eco-district.
"We cultivate a diverse range of vegetables, organic and non-mechanized," explains Philippe Nicolas, a member of the Commun Jardin association. Given his commitment to local organic market gardening, it was only natural for this teacher to participate in the 48 Hours of Urban Agriculture in Besançon.
