During the Dijon city council meeting on June 23, among the questions submitted to the mayor of Dijon was one posed by elected official Céline Renaud (DVD) concerning the changes in lighting observed in the city.

To do this, Nathalie Koenders first clarified that "on the city's main roads, the light was more intense than in residential areas."
